1. Overview
This website (irisee.tokyo, the "Site") and the IRISÉE brand are operated by Irisee Group LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Irisee Group LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form legally binding contracts to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Many items, including limited-edition pieces, are offered in very small quantities and may sell out or be discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers at the time of order. We are not responsible for the security practices of third-party payment providers, though we select providers that maintain industry-standard security.
5. Shipping
Shipping timeframes and costs are provided at checkout and, where available, on individual product pages. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the IRISÉE name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Irisee Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site, or to attempt to access data not intended for you.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Irisee Group LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability arising from your use of the Site or any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you, including certain statutory consumer protections that may apply if you are purchasing as a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, or elsewhere.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot be waived by agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
